The ideal associate candidate will have retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, a professional appearance, and will be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.

Essential duties include Assisting customers with the above products or services, using computers and software applications including Point of Sale System. Operate copy, binding and laminating equipment and sort incoming mail daily into mailboxes. Be responsible for the opening and closing duties of the store including generating sales reports. Previous key holder experience preferred!

Qualifications Require: Previous customer service experience in a retail environment. Operate a POS system and computers with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Operate all other software packages for computers and be able to type 35 wpm. Must have the ability to be a copy and print center expert. Must have experience in using Adobe Suite, Publisher and Photo shop Must also possess the ability to stand for long periods and lift fifty pounds regularly without difficulty. Must have a valid drivers license to move and park trucks. Previous experience @ a pack & shipping retail store preferred but not required (Willing to train qualified candidates)

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you must be sales driven, self-motivated, personable, dependable, and willing to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week and must be available to work some Saturday & Sundays. This is not a seasonal job; applicants must be available on a permanent basis.

Compensation: based on experience. Automatic pay increase on completion of training.

Responsibilities

• Helps with personnel management, which includes recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates
• Schedules work assignments and helps facilitate weekly or monthly staff meetings
• Monitors, evaluates, and helps maximize customer service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Helps develop and implement the store marketing program
• Helps manage Center financials and prepare/provide reporting
• Manages inventory
• Reviews daily employee time sheets and submits for payroll processing
• Helps oversee Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school desired
• One year of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or other relevant industry
• P&L experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Outstanding phone skills
• Strong customer service skills and abilities
• Able to lift 40 pounds
• Willing and able to work 25 to 30 hours per week for a 6-day work week
