Location: Ebensburg, PA 15931

Pay: $24/hour

Schedule/Shifts:

• 24-hour care facility (coverage needed across days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Shifts and hours vary week to week based on facility needs
• One-call system: you’ll receive alerts for open shifts, then you call in and accept the shifts you’re available to work

Overview

We are seeking reliable, compassionate staff to support individuals in a 24-hour care environment . This is a great fit for someone who needs flexibility and can pick up shifts as they become available through the facility’s one-call system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily living support to residents in a residential care setting
• Assist with personal care as needed (hygiene, toileting, dressing, mobility support)
• Support resident safety, supervision, and well-being during assigned shifts
• Help maintain a clean, safe, supportive environment
• Communicate effectively with the care team and follow facility policies/procedures
• Document care and report changes/concerns to leadership per process

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 care environment
• Prior experience in direct care, caregiving, residential support, behavioral health, or healthcare
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and assist with resident movement as needed
