Responsibilities: • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. • Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. • Lead and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals for customer satisfaction, product quality, and profitability.
