Academic Services Specialist- Family Medicine

The Academic Services Specialist is responsible for the full administrative coordination of one or more academic programs, such as Residency, Academic, Fellowship, Education or Credentialing; and other duties as assigned. EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in related field of study is preferred Three to five years of administration of a program, preferably in higher education or healthcare setting Accurate typing and data entry skills Excellent organization and communication (oral and written) skills Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite and software used by the department Total Rewards The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s geographical location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/ training and other qualifications.
