Sales & Revenue Acceleration Executive – ITSP/MSP Staffing
Location: Michigan / Midwest
Type: Remote work, full-time role
GDI Infotech is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales & Revenue Acceleration Executive to accelerate growth in the IT Service Provider (ITSP) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) market by identifying, developing, and converting targeted new client relationships and staffing engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire top-of-funnel sales cycle: prospect, pitch, and sign new MSAs with MSP and ITSP decision-makers nationwide.
- Identify and target ITSPs and MSPs nationwide that have recurring technology staffing needs.
- Build relationships with owners, CEOs, COOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers.
- Generate qualified opportunities and convert them into contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing engagements.
- Develop strategic referral and channel partnerships within the MSP ecosystem.
- Build and manage a focused pipeline with clear revenue and new-client acquisition targets.
- Represent GDI at relevant MSP, technology, and business events.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in IT staffing, technology services, or the MSP ecosystem.
- Strong network among MSP owners and technology leaders.
- A true hunter who can open doors, create opportunities, and close business.
- Consultative, entrepreneurial, highly proactive, and results oriented.
- Existing relationships with MSPs are a significant plus.
Success = Targeted MSP Relationships + Staffing Engagements + Recurring Revenue
- This is an opportunity for a highly motivated business developer to build GDI’s MSP staffing business by bringing the right clients—not simply generating leads.
