US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking a full-time Nighthawk Anesthesiologist to join our growing practice at AdventHealth Celebration. Practice Info Practice alongside a collaborative team of physicians and anesthetists at AdventHealth Celebration State-of-the-art facility known for excellence in patient care, advanced surgical services, and an emphasis on innovation and wellness Responsibilities Work holidays that fall on weekends and not selected as vacation will be worked Compensation Base Salary: $500,000 Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (negotiable) Weekend Coverage: $5,000 per additional weekend worked Give-Back Day Shifts: $300/hour Benefits Vacation: 10 weeks annually (can give back vacation days or volunteer for weekday shifts for additional compensation) CME Allowance: $2,500 Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 Malpractice Paid: Yes Shift & Schedule Duration: Full Time Employment Status: W-2 Start Date: Immediate Friday - Sunday 5pm-7a (Considered equivalent of a full FTE) Qualifications Subspecialty Fellowship Required: Negotiable Subspecialty Expertise (but not Fellowship) Required: Cardiothoracic State License Required: Florida Board Certification Status Required: Board Certified Current ACLS card M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency Board-eligible or board-certified in Anesthesiology Cardiac fellowship training or comfort and experience with cardiac cases Must meet all hospital credentialing requirements
