Body Shop ManagerMcCandless Truck Center - Aurora is seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Manager to lead our truck dealership's body shop operations in Aurora, CO. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee the daily activities of the body shop, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain excellent customer service standards.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the body shop including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow management.Ensure all repair work meets company and industry standards for quality and safety.Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and dealership staff to streamline repair processes.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to environmental and safety regulations.Monitor shop performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.Recruit, train, and develop a skilled team of body shop technicians and support staff.Manage inventory and order materials and parts as needed.RequirementsProven experience in managing a body shop, preferably within a truck dealership or related automotive environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent understanding of vehicle structural repair, paint application, and refinishing processes.Ability to work with insurance adjusters and handle customer relations professionally.Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of industry safety and environmental regulations.High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in auto body repair is a plus.BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.Paid time off and holiday pay.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Quarterly bonus program.About the CompanyMcCandless Truck Center - Aurora is a family owned dealership and a leading provider of truck sales, service, and repair in Aurora, CO.
