Position Overview Link Logistics is seeking an experienced Principal Business Analyst to support product management for our Accounting, Treasury, and Social Impact teams. This is a senior role at the center of our finance technology team. The analyst serves as the primary liaison between Accounting, Treasury, and Social Impact stakeholders and the broader technology ecosystem, including Core IT, Architecture, Link Data Platform, governance committees, and external vendors. Who You Are Knowledgeable & Analytical – background in Accounting, Finance, and Treasury with a technology focus; comfortable with financial concepts, including full‑cycle monthly close in real estate. Technology Skills – SQL queries, relational database concepts, and rapid learning of new software; understands data movement between systems through integrations and APIs. Versatile & Tactical – capable of stepping into any project across Accounting, Treasury, or Social Impact, translating needs into requirements, managing vendors, and navigating architecture reviews. Strong Communicator – keeps stakeholders informed proactively, engaging at all levels, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget. Organized & Disciplined – maintains thorough documentation, clear records and traceable decisions. Passionate – driven by core competencies, resourceful, asks smart questions, and builds long‑term relationships. What You'll Do Lead requirements gathering with business partners and translate needs into technical specs for implementation. Manage vendor relationships across the project lifecycle: evaluating solutions, navigating architecture and governance reviews, testing functionality, and tracking results after go‑live. Own application backlogs: documenting requests, prioritizing with business partners, and writing test cases. Write SQL and analyze datasets to spot trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Build and execute test plans for system changes, validating against requirements and tracking results. Partner with Tech Support to troubleshoot reported issues, reconciling data discrepancies and fixing root causes. Evaluate new technology and upgrades, present new features to business partners, and build training and support documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science; business analysis or project management experience preferred. 7 to 10 years of relevant Accounting, Finance, Treasury, business analysis, or consulting experience. Strong skills in requirements gathering, data analysis, conceptual thinking, problem solving, customer focus, work management, relationship building, and written and verbal communication. Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks at once from start to finish. Required experience with Yardi and real estate technology; experience with treasury management software, Workiva, Power BI, Claude, and Copilot is a nice to have. $135,000 - $155,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.
