Overview Part-Time Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician Position in Lafayette, TN with National Wound Physician Group Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balance. No Nights, No Call, No Weekend Clinical Responsibilities. Become an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Responsibilities Provide bedside wound care in facilities across multiple sites (as described in the role). Deliver wound management training and participate in a wound fellowship for clinical excellence. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Perform clinical documentation at the point of care during rounds using a wound-specific EMR. Practices are mobile: visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius; typically 2–3 facilities per day and approximately 20–30 patients per day. Paid training provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship. Requirements Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. Practice Overview Full-time work: Monday – Friday (7am–4pm) or part-time available. No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Our physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week; full-time is 4–5 days per week. This is a mobile practice: visit facilities in a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Our physicians visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day. Clinical documentation is at the point of care, in real time during clinical rounds, using our proprietary wound-specific EMR. W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship is available).
