Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) Brooklyn, New York
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room (OR) provides perioperative nursing care in an operating room performing surgical procedures across a variety of specialties. The role follows established clinical practices and supports patient safety throughout the perioperative workflow. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 7.5 hours per shift, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; 2 years of operating room experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level (Level 2) experience; teaching hospital experience; Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience with Epic
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Operating room performing all surgeries across general specialties including urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, pain management, and orthopedic cases.
