About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Regional Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the entire delivery process within a specific office or marketplace, ensuring client satisfaction through the provision of exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising a team of Directors, Market Managers, Account Managers, Recruiters, and other staff, as well as being accountable for their hiring, training, and career development. The Managing Director will also be tasked with setting and achieving daily activity goals, conducting performance evaluations, and driving performance accountability within the team. Key attributes for this role include a strong commitment to customer service, leadership, and a team-oriented, client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have well-developed communication skills, the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' related business experience, preferably in the staffing industry, are required, with previous management experience being a plus. The role demands a high level of commitment to the company's core values, the ability to work with a sense of urgency, and a dedication to achieving and exceeding performance goals.
