Dietary Aide

Position Dietary Aide Responsibilities Preparing to serve meals, dishing dessert, serving meals, bussing, doing dishes, cleaning Being a team player Desire to provide excellent service with a smile Desire to positively influence a Resident's day by providing intuitive service Detail oriented and a desire to excel within the food service industry Must be able to follow instruction Must be able to maintain a clean and sanitary environment Minimum Qualifications Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Need to be able to read the English language. Prior experience a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements (based on essential functions) Lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Each day is spent standing 80% of the time, walking 20% of the time and sitting 0% of the time. This position requires infrequent stooping, bending and squatting. On a frequent basis, may be required to reach at, above or below shoulder level. Compensation and Benefits Starting pay $19.47/hour depending on qualifications and experience.
