Fellowship Trained Director of Geriatrics RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a full‑time Director of Geriatrics to join Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus in Lakewood, NJ. The role includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities and oversight of geriatric teams at both MMC and MMCSC. Successful candidates will have opportunity to grow into an administrative role. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and oversight of inpatient and outpatient geriatric teams. Coordinate care across multiple campus sites and collaborate with physicians and support staff. Mentor and support clinical staff toward achieving quality improvement goals. Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality initiatives for aging patients. Position Requirements: Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey. Commitment to excellence in patient care and service. The anticipated salary range for the position is $345,000 to $425,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and skills.
