Preferred Qualifications & Traits
Reliable, respectful, and able to work independently
Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
Safe and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
Comfortable working at heights and on platforms (ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, roofs, etc.)
Able to work in confined spaces (switchgear rooms, crawl spaces, utility tunnels, attics, etc.)

Career Level & Experience
GED or equivalent required
Prior experience in building trades is a plus, but not required
