Senior Litigation Attorney – Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) A highly respected law firm near Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator with a strong background in construction and/or business law who thrives in complex, high‑stakes matters and is ready to take ownership of cases from beginning through trial. Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned attorney with a demonstrated track record of success handling sophisticated litigation matters. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and confident managing cases start-to-finish, including full trial preparation. Key Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through trial and resolution Handle start-to-finish trial preparation, including strategy development and courtroom advocacy Draft and review all pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents Conduct complex legal research and provide high-level analytical insight Navigate multifaceted and high-exposure cases with sound judgment Maintain organized, accurate case files with exceptional attention to detail Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license and in good standing in Minnesota Experience in construction litigation and/or business litigation Proven courtroom and trial preparation experience Strong legal writing and analytical skills Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $160,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus Potential Hybrid Work-Option All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
