Data Librarian

To support the Creative Operations team, the temporary Data Librarian will manage high-volume product and creative metadata across various systems, ensuring data integrity and operational workflows while working remotely within the PST time zone. Key responsibilities Collect, map, cleanse, normalize, reconcile, and migrate data to maintain database accuracy and consistency Execute high-volume data operations and validate outputs through rigorous quality assurance processes Build and improve operational workflows for data management and publishing, providing cross-functional training as needed Required qualifications Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of manipulating and validating large datasets Minimum of 3 years of experience with relational databases and metadata stewardship Proficiency in Airtable and experience operating in system-embedded roles Proven data quality assurance mindset with high accuracy Strong experience in managing multiple work streams and shifting priorities under deadlines
