It's the place where your skills become your legacy. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVACR systems for commercial and industrial customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components within HVACR systems. Interpret work orders and carry out assigned tasks with minimal direction. Accurately enter and close work orders using the Service software platform. Operate a variety of tools, equipment, and machines necessary for daily operations. Request and requisition repair parts, materials, and equipment as needed. Perform all work in compliance with established safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards. Take on additional assignments and responsibilities as needed or requested. Consistently adhere to all safety guidelines and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education & Experience Completion of a one or two year technical program in HVAC Service/Technology, or possess four years of associated HVAC experience. Must possess CFC/EPA Universal Certification. Working knowledge of HVACR equipment and techniques, with the ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable industry standards. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays and emergency on‑call assignments as needed. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally, ethically, and in alignment with our values and mission. Computer proficiency with the ability to learn and use a service software platform. Other Details This position will support the Nashville, TN territory and surrounding areas. Must join Local 572 union. Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license and remain in good standing in accordance with company driving policy. Compensation & Benefits Wages and other benefits are paid in accordance with the Local 572 Chapter Collective Bargaining Agreement.
