This role has high visibility and broad exposure to all critical areas of the Consumer business.ResponsibilitiesLead the launch of capabilities, features, and products across card product and lending for the Consumer business to drive business results, improve customer experiences, and increase agility in product developmentUnderstand business objectives and customer needs, identify creative ways to leverage capabilities, and develop new solutions to meet those needsLead concept development, feasibility assessment, and end-to-end customer experience design followed by development, testing, and launchDrive vision and development of new products, features, and capabilities based on in depth knowledge of customer, business, and technology.
