Learning Support Specialist

Providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions process, the remote Enrollment Support Specialist will manage a caseload of 200-300 prospective and returning students, ensuring consistent support from inquiry to enrollment and re-enrollment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and returning students, guiding them through the enrollment process Conduct proactive outreach via various communication channels to maintain student engagement and address concerns Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate a smooth transition for students and monitor their progress through the enrollment funnel Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in higher education admissions, student recruitment, or a related field focused on relationship management Experience managing a book of business and meeting enrollment or sales goals in a high-volume environment Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and Google Workspace Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish) Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
