We will immerse you in a rapidly growing environment fueled by achievement and a tenacious team spirit, and make sure you have the tools, resources and support to build a career you’re not only proud of, but one you’ll love.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan.What you’ll do on a typical day:Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, key users and business process leads to analyze business problems and capture detailed requirements; reconcile conflictsFacilitate meetings and workshops that determine process requirements and system changesDevelop detailed user stories, work plans, deliverables, definitions of overall approaches and mobilization efforts for CRM initiativesWork closely with IT teams to validate and ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements; participate in initial validation and testing, and facilitate user-acceptance testingGuide and consult with other analystsPartner with program and training/communication teams to ensure business readiness for organizational change, and a schedule for impacted processes/systems changes; assist in creating training documentation and delivering train-the-trainer sessionsProvide leadership, training, coaching and guidance to key usersWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent related work or military experienceExpertise and experience in at least one of the following business disciplines: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distributionExperience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reportingThorough understanding of current information systems technologies databases, web-based systems, and system design.2+ years of experience supporting Blue Yonder WMSIt’d be great if you also have:Certification in any of the following: Salesforce.com, business analysis, systems analysis or business requirements gatheringExperience performing well under pressure in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating technical concepts and plans at all levelsAn aptitude for using a variety of interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes, or culturesGXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
