Job Title: Paint Laboratory Technician
Location: New Holland, PA
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare paint panels and samples for laboratory testing.
- Perform routine color, gloss, adhesion, corrosion, humidity, and paint performance tests.
- Operate lab equipment such as color spectrophotometer, WOM, corrosion chambers, humidity cabinets, ovens, and water immersion tanks.
- Record and maintain accurate test data and project documentation.
- Monitor tests and report abnormalities or deviations.
- Track color standards, samples, project status, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on sample/material timelines.
- Provide weekly status updates to cross-functional teams.
- Support paint color development and validation projects.
