Inside Sales & Administrative Coordinator

Are you a people person who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making things happen? We’re looking for an energetic, organized Inside Sales & Administrative Coordinator to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of inside sales, customer service, and administrative support. You’ll work directly with customers, identify their needs, follow up on opportunities, coordinate orders and schedules, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Inside Sales & Customer Relationships

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads, quotes, inquiries, and existing customers to generate business.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend the right products or services.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, orders, and customer documentation.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-ups.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Customer Service

• Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive point of contact for customers.
• Answer questions and provide timely updates on orders, services, scheduling, and deliveries.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and find solutions whenever possible.
• Take ownership of customer requests from the initial conversation through completion.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure a great customer experience.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and sales team.
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, quotes, and other business documents.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and operational records.
• Track sales activity, outstanding follow-ups, customer requests, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, transportation, and other departments.
• Assist with scheduling customer appointments, deliveries, pickups, and service requests.
