Job Description:
The nursing assistant performs nursing procedures and patient care tasks. Works under the direction of the unit director, unit coordinator, staff nurse and/or licensed practical nurse.
Minimum Work Experience:
- Previous hospital experience preferred but not required.
Minimum Education:
- High school graduate required. Successful completion of nursing assistant course or the equivalent preferred but not required
Required Skills:
- BLS certification maintained
Screening Requirements:
- Drug Screen
- Tuberculosis Test
- Background Check
- Physical Exam
- Respirator Fit
