Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a curious and self-motivated Analyst to join our successful JLL Healthcare team in Atlanta. The Analyst is an integral member of our healthcare-focused team and is tasked with both building and managing datasets as well as creating client deliverables which include insightful, data-driven recommendations.Responsibilities include:Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects, often with competing deadlines, and with significant self-direction and limited oversightAssist in creating comprehensive studies and reports for our clientsOwnership of many operational and administrative functions including:Maintaining and updating client databases with accurate, current informationCleaning and organizing data from various online sourcesProviding quality assurance of new datasets and sourcesEssential skills for success include:Being a self-starter with a passion for learning and problem solving; strong initiative and time management are mustStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksAbility to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment with new challenges every dayPositive, winning attitude, and the desire to consistently exceed client expectationsAbility to effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and in writingInterest in geography and how it impacts access to healthcareRequirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., data, healthcare, business, etc.)Experience: 1+ years of experience in a professional company environment. Healthcare and/or real estate experience is ideal but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided by members of the team.Work Schedule: Position requires a flexible work schedule. Extended hours may occasionally be required, sometimes with minimal advanced notice.Skills:Strong time management and prioritization – ability to manage workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholdersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamContinuously identify process improvements and be solution-orientedAble to work in a high volume and deadline driven environmentExcellent written and oral communication skillsMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Word) with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel requiredWhy Join Us?
