Payroll Manager Indianapolis, IN Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience Position Summary The Payroll Manager oversees payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities Manage and process payroll for all employees. Review payroll data, timesheets, deductions, and direct deposits for accuracy. Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax requirements, and company policies. Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data. Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation. Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee and compensation data. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries. Lead payroll process improvements and supervise payroll staff as applicable.
