Day Shift Fabricator - Full-Time

If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

Pay

  • $18.50 + per hour
  • Full-time, long-term opportunity
Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday
  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Enjoy 3-day weekends every week!
Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
  • Set up and operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Measure materials accurately using a tape measure (to 1/16") and other measuring tools.
  • Load and position materials for cutting, drilling, threading, and machining operations.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred, but training is available for mechanically inclined candidates.
  • Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch .
  • Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet throughout the shift.
