Referral Coordinator/ Medical Assistant
Preferred Family Care, Inc.
We are currently seeking an experienced Referral Coordinator to join our healthcare team immediately. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Medicare, Managed Care Plans, Medicaid, Commercial insurance. Great customer service, Highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and patient-focused. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience as a Referral Coordinator (required) Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care Plans Medical Assistant (MA) certification preferred Bilingual Creole & English (required) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment Strong follow-up and documentation skills Responsibilities Include: Processing and tracking patient referrals Coordinating authorizations with insurance providers Communicating with providers, patients, and specialists Ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up of referrals Maintaining accurate patient records Position Details: Immediate opening Competitive pay (based on experience) Supportive and professional work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Preferred Family Care, Inc.
