As an Infant Teacher , working with our littlest learners ages 6 weeks to 12 months, you'll help create a warm, engaging environment where babies can explore, grow, and thrive. You'll plan and lead playful, developmentally appropriate activities, support key milestones, and work closely with a caring team to ensure each child feels safe, loved, and ready for the world ahead.

• Design and implement engaging curriculum based on early learning standards and developmentally appropriate practices
• Create nurturing, age-appropriate experiences that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Model best practices in infant care and guide classroom staff through mentoring and positive leadership
• Provide responsive care, including feeding, soothing, and routine diapering, following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Foster strong, trusting relationships with infants and communicate regularly with families about daily care and developmental progress
• Ensure compliance with all Welbourne policies, licensing standards, and health/safety regulations
• Maintain accurate classroom records, including daily care logs, lesson plans, and developmental observations
• Commit to ongoing professional growth through continued education and a personal development plan

What We Need from You

• High school diploma / GED, or degree in a related field of study required
• FL DCF 45 hours required
• CDA is highly preferred

• Must clear a full level II DCF background check
• At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience
• CPR, First Aid, and Fire Extinguisher Certification completion within 30 days of employment
