Apartment Maintenance Technician - On-Call & Growth

Cottonwood Residential is hiring an entry-level Apartment Maintenance Technician for 805 Riverfront Apartments in West Sacramento, CA. You will handle basic repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds under supervision. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and work evenings and weekends. This is an on-call role with after-hours emergencies; a valid driver's license is required, EPA Type II or Universal and CPO certifications are a plus.
