NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing communications and technology services organization to identify a corporate recruiter on a contract-to-hire basis in the Eastern Dallas County area. This role is fully onsite and will support nationwide hiring initiatives across multiple business functions.

This position is ideal for a high-energy recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong talent pipelines, and can successfully manage multiple searches simultaneously. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating with urgency in a high-volume setting.

Required:

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and levels
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process
• Experience working in fast-paced, process-oriented environments with multiple concurrent openings

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for technical, operations, sales, or leadership positions
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field
• Experience supporting nationwide or multi-location recruiting efforts
• Background recruiting military veterans or diverse talent populations
• Strong ATS and recruiting systems experience
