NOW HIRING: REACH TRUCK OPERATORS IN VIRGINIA BEACH, VA! Job Responsibilities of Reach Truck Operators Operate reach trucks to safely move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or replenishment Load and unload trailers and trucks as needed Place inventory into designated rack locations and retrieve products from elevated storage areas Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns Perform general warehouse duties based on operational needs High school diploma or GED Experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment Minimum 6 months of recent reach truck experience preferred Comfortable working at elevated heights and in warehouse settings Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with a positive, team-first attitude About The Lee Group The Lee Group is driven by our purpose and passion: Aligning Talent, Growing Businesses and Changing Lives!
