Your Role:

Be the go-to communicator with existing and potential clients.

Direct and manage phone communications with precision

Support the Director of Operations with a variety of crucial administrative tasks

What You Bring:

Law Firm and Customer Service experience.

Ability to de-escalate concerned clients. 

Stellar prioritization and multitasking abilities

Deadline-driven mindset with an eagle eye for detail

Solid grasp of legal procedures and office operations

Top-notch secretarial and organizational skills

Calm and effective under pressure, juggling multiple tasks with ease

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly valued
