Veterinarian Specialist - Anesthesiology

Position Board‑Certified Anesthesiologist or residency‑trained Veterinary Anesthesiologist, based in Queens, Midtown Manhattan, or Downtown Manhattan. Key Responsibilities Lead the market‑wide anesthesia technician training program. Support and maintain the anesthesia service across all BluePearl facilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Utilize cutting‑edge diagnostic and imaging equipment (digital radiography, ultrasonography, 64‑slice CT). Participate in and contribute to ongoing clinical studies and the BluePearl Science program. Engage with patients and owners to provide educational support regarding anesthesia and postoperative care. Qualifications Board‑Certified in Veterinary Anesthesiology or completed a residency in Anesthesiology. Strong clinical experience in veterinary anesthesia across a variety of species. Demonstrated ability to lead training and educational initiatives. Excellent communication and collaborative skills. Commitment to continuous learning and high‑quality patient care. Compensation Annual base salary range: $192,000 – $215,000. Production‑based compensation model with no negative accrual. Sign‑on bonus. Relocation assistance and generous relocation package.
