You'll be working directly in ASD classrooms, providing dedicated 1:1 behavioral support throughout the summer (ESY) and upcoming academic year (NSY).Key Qualifications:Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificationPrevious experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ideally in a school environmentUnderstanding of behavioral intervention strategies and data collectionAbility to adapt approach and communicate effectively with students and staffReliable, collaborative, and committed to student growthPosition Details & Responsibilities:Assigned to 1:1 roles in ASD classrooms, supporting a specific studentAvailable for CYS, ESY (Extended School Year), and preparation for NSY (Next School Year)Summer hours (ESY): 4 days per week, 8am-12pm for approximately 35 hours weeklyFall schedule (NSY): 40 hours per weekOpportunity to gain summer work experience with the potential to continue in the fallProvide behavioral interventions and document student progress under indirect supervision, as BCBA support will resume in the fallThis position offers the chance to play a vital role in students' development and make a meaningful impact throughout the academic year.
