One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring experienced HVAC Technicians. If you have diagnostic experience, want steady year-round work, and want a stronger earning potential, wed like to talk.

Compensation

$28$40+ per hour base pay (based on experience)
$2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified hires
Uncapped commission opportunities
Performance bonuses and spiffs

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Communicate repair recommendations clearly with customers
Perform preventative maintenance
Deliver professional customer service in the field

Requirements

3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential experience preferred)
EPA 608 Certification (minimum required type II)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Professional and dependable work habits
