SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (TITLE 32)

Supply Management Specialist
As a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (TITLE 32), GS-2003-9/11, you will develop command logistics guidance and support plans for federal and state missions. Major Duties - This is NOT an all-inclusive list:
- Formulate and implement the comprehensive logistics support plans, policies and logistics operations support, based on logistics data and requirements obtained from the Joint Force Headquarters (JFHQ) staff, units, USPFO, NGB and other organizations.
- Develop, coordinate and implement policies, procedures and requirements for unit deployment, inter-service support agreements as approved by the USPFO, emergency support for civil authorities, training exercises support and environmental compliance.
- Initiate equipment redistribution guidance.
- Develop, staff and implement logistics plans for material fielding, mission support and mobilization.
- Serve as the Information Systems/Automation Security Officer, Physical Security Officer and Safety Officer for the directorate, providing technical oversight throughout the shops and activities of the program.
- Update Internal Management Control (IMC) Plan projecting 5 years into future for all DCSLOG/G4 branches or activities.
- Analyze, direct and provide command logistics guidance to support CTA/TDA/MTOE changes and turn-in of command excess equipment to the USPFO.
- Consolidate all logistics readiness indicators to formulate an assessment of the command logistics readiness of the state.
