We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to be the first point of contact for internal employees, contractors, and interns. This high-impact role offers the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment while providing vital technology assistance that keeps our organization running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the initial touchpoint for resolving IT incidents and service requests related to Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, enterprise applications, and network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving hardware, software, VPN, Citrix environments, and more, ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Document and track all requests using ServiceNow, adhering to established service level agreements.
• Support user onboarding, access management, password resets, MFA enrollment, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with IT teammates and other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Participate in projects, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives - your ideas welcome!
• Support the adoption of workplace technologies and provide remote assistance, with occasional hands-on support.
• Embrace a rotating after-hours on-call schedule to support operational needs outside regular hours.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years supporting end users in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support environment.
• Proficiency supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and enterprise mobile devices.
• Experience with ServiceNow, VPN, remote support tools, and endpoint management.
• Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, analyze issues, document solutions, and work independently under pressure.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications, or ITIL Foundations.
• Knowledge of Citrix virtual environments, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and MDM solutions.
• Experience supporting a large enterprise in a corporate or utility setting.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable internet and phone access for remote work.
• Must reside within a 60-minute commute of Topeka, KS.
• U.S. citizenship and successful background screenings are required.
