Osprey Express Inc. is actively recruiting reliable and dedicated Delivery Drivers to manage last-mile delivery and pickup routes in partnership with FedEx Ground. If you are focused, customer-oriented, and ready for a rewarding career path, we encourage you to apply!

- MAXIMIZED EARNINGS: This offers motivated drivers the opportunity to take on additional routes and shifts, significantly increasing their take-home pay during this critical and busy time of year.
- Company Vehicle & Paid Fuel: Upon successful completion of your 90-day onboarding, all work-related driving will be conducted in a company vehicle with all fuel costs covered. This benefit is designed to save you significant money and time by eliminating personal vehicle wear-and-tear and fuel expenses associated with the job.
- Scheduling Flexibility: This opportunity is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time commitments.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute daily delivery and package pickup routes accurately and efficiently.
- Manage vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain precise inventory logs of all packages and materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of products, prioritizing superior customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Age and Record: Must be 21 years old with a clean driving record (no more than one minor moving violation).
- Experience: Previous experience in delivery driving, customer service, or related logistics fields is highly valued.
- Physical Ability: Must be capable of handling a physical workload (lifting, carrying, walking).
- Dedication: Strong adherence to deadlines and commitment to a deadline-oriented schedule.
