Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CT Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a full-time position offering a night shift from 19:00 to 07:30, located in Richmond, VA.

Facility Information

  • Hospital Location: Richmond, VA
  • Building: Main Hospital
  • Number of Beds: 466
  • Unit Staffing: Includes 3 CT scanners available in the main hospital
Job Responsibilities

The CT Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of CT procedures, including but not limited to neuro and perfusion studies. Responsibilities include:
  • Executing all types of CT exams
  • Ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring optimal operation
  • Accurately documenting procedures in the Meditech system
Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in CT technology
  • Certifications Required:

    • ARRT (CT)
    • BLS certification
    • Valid Virginia License
Work Environment
  • Dress Code: Steel Gray uniform
  • Floating Policy: Applies to other units as needed
  • Patient Experience: Policies are in place to ensure high-quality patient care
