Regional Class A CDL Truck Driver - Home Weekly

Job Description We arecurrently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across Arizona for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. Pay & Compensation Weekly Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly pay Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty) Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour Classification: Full‑time, W2 position with steady year‑round freight Schedule & Home Time Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road) Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48‑hour reset at home Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states Freight & Equipment Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no‑touch freight Operation: High‑efficiency drop‑and‑hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload Equipment: Newer, well‑maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models Convenience: Take‑home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time Additional Benefits Retirement: Up to a $2,000 401(k) match available Time Off: Paid vacation and 8 paid holidays per year Insurance: Full benefits package including comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans Minimum Requirements License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor‑trailer driving experience Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 is complete.
