Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist Opportunity

Unique opportunity for a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist to support the GI Tumor Board in Lakewood, CO. This is a part-time locum role with limited hours, focused on reviewing imaging and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to guide treatment planning.

Facility: 11750 W 2nd Pl, Lakewood, CO 80228

Setting: Clinic-based; GI Tumor Board

Duties: Review imaging and pathology, stage disease, assess treatment options, and collaborate with oncologists, surgeons, and pathologists on personalized treatment plans

Days per month: 2 (Oct 6 & 20; Nov 3 & 17; Dec 1 & 15)

Shift: 6:30 AM 7:30 AM (may extend up to 2 hours)

Support Duration: 36 months with potential extension

EMR: Epic

Support Staff: None

Reason for Coverage: Provider shortage

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology REQUIRED
• Active Colorado License OR IMLC LOQ REQUIRED
• Experience with GI/Colorectal reads REQUIRED (priority given to candidates with this background)
• Must be available for all listed dates REQUIRED
• Must complete EMR training modules and virtual session prior to start REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice and background REQUIRED

Schedule & Coverage:

• Dates: Oct 6 & 20, Nov 3 & 17, Dec 1 & 15
• Hours: 6:30 AM 7:30 AM (up to 2 hours/day)
• Credentialing Timeline: 30 days (Emergency Temp Privileges available)
• Duration: Initial 36 months, possible extension
