Locum Diagnostic Radiologist (GI Tumor Board, IMLC Accepted) Lakewood, CO

Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist Opportunity

Unique opportunity for a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist to support the GI Tumor Board in Lakewood, CO. This is a part-time locum role with limited hours, focused on reviewing imaging and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to guide treatment planning.

Facility: 11750 W 2nd Pl, Lakewood, CO 80228

Setting: Clinic-based; GI Tumor Board

Duties: Review imaging and pathology, stage disease, assess treatment options, and collaborate with oncologists, surgeons, and pathologists on personalized treatment plans

Days per month: 2 (Oct 6 & 20; Nov 3 & 17; Dec 1 & 15)

Shift: 6:30 AM 7:30 AM (may extend up to 2 hours)

Support Duration: 36 months with potential extension

EMR: Epic

Support Staff: None

Reason for Coverage: Provider shortage

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology REQUIRED
Active Colorado License OR IMLC LOQ REQUIRED
Experience with GI/Colorectal reads REQUIRED (priority given to candidates with this background)
Must be available for all listed dates REQUIRED
Must complete EMR training modules and virtual session prior to start REQUIRED
Clean malpractice and background REQUIRED

Schedule & Coverage:

Dates: Oct 6 & 20, Nov 3 & 17, Dec 1 & 15
Hours: 6:30 AM 7:30 AM (up to 2 hours/day)
Credentialing Timeline: 30 days (Emergency Temp Privileges available)
Duration: Initial 36 months, possible extension
