Join Our Team as a Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services Near the Jersey Shore!
We are currently in search of a skilled, board-certified Adult Psychiatrist to take on the role of Medical Director of Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services at Monmouth Medical Center, located in Long Branch, NJ.
The Medical Director for Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services (PESS) will oversee the coordination of medical staff and clinical personnel while also providing direct patient care at our PESS locations. This role involves leading team meetings, developing treatment plans, managing patient dispositions, and fulfilling various certification requirements.

Qualifications:Board-certified in Adult Psychiatry by the ABPN
Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
Experience in an inpatient setting is preferred
Energetic, adaptable, and a strong team player
The expected salary range for this position is between $315,000 and $445,000 annually.
The final compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's educational qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
