Maintenance Technician

Kane Realty Corporation is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to assist with the day-to-day maintenance operations of our commercial properties while helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for tenants and guests.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, patching, and general maintenance
Repairing and treating structures such as doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
Must be available to work some weekends
Perform preventative maintenance activities
Coordinate special projects as directed maintenance supervisor

Job Requirements

Maintenance Technician

Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.

Education/Qualification

High School Diploma or GED
Previous maintenance experience
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen
