Job Summary Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – Residential Settings, 3pm‑11pm – This full‑time (40hrs/week) position is located at The Pavilion's Residential Treatment Center. The 3‑11pm shift is the primary schedule, with opportunities for overtime and occasional shift coverage. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and a robust mentorship program is available. Responsibilities The RN will provide direct patient care in a residential treatment setting, ensuring quality nursing care 24/7. Key duties include administering medications, monitoring patient progress, documenting care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and participating in patient safety initiatives. The role also involves participating in orientation and ongoing educational activities specific to psychiatric nursing.
