Our client, a respected law firm, seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to join their Wealth Preservation and Estate Planning team.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with client correspondence, document prep, and file management
- Handle client communications, scheduling, and deadline tracking
- Prepare legal documents, engagement letters, and facilitate notarizations
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 5+ years supporting legal professionals, preferably in estate planning or trusts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software
