Senior Data AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyWe are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Modification team in Long Beach, CA by transforming data into actionable insights that improve program execution, schedule performance, and decision-making. The role will partner with Program and Project Managers, Engineering and Supply Chain to develop dashboards, maintain data integrity, and support performance reporting across modification programs.Position Responsibilities:Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI to track program performance (schedule, cost, milestones, resource utilization)Support development and administration of project tracking solutions in SmartsheetCollect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistencyAssist in building standardized reporting templates and data models for PMO useAnalyze trends and provide insights to support program reviews and leadership decision-makingSupport maturity assessment efforts, scorecard development and KPI trackingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and reporting requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and automationBuild and implement API pipelinesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):10+ years’ experience in data analysis, or metrics reporting, or related work10+ years’ experience developing dashboards, reports and KPIs10+ years’ experience developing data pipelines or ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load)10+ years'experience with Unix / Windows, SQL, designing and development API-driven data pipelines10+ years' experience with Tableau and Power BIBachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related fieldsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):10+ years experience in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management toolsUnderstanding of project/program management conceptsStrong communication skills with ability to translate data into insightsDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain the top talent.
