We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing roofing team. This role is ideal for people who are confident in the field, enjoy working with homeowners, and are driven by strong earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Work residential neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roof damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Speak with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance-related processes
- Assist homeowners through the next steps of their roofing project
- Complete required documentation and follow-up tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and meeting homeowners
- Reliable transportation (car or truck required)
