We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care in a primary care practice and urgent care center. Reporting to the practice manager and lead medical assistant, this role will provide patient intake, clinical support, documentation, and administrative assistance throughout the patient visit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake and obtain vital signs.
• Prepare examination rooms and patients for clinical evaluations.
• Collect specimens and perform phlebotomy and injections.
• Perform ECGs and diagnostic testing, along with other expanded clinical procedures.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information.
• Maintain accurate medical records and complete clinical documentation.
• Reconcile medications and provide patient education.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical assisting.
