As a Dietitian , you will play a pivotal role in our team, designing and implementing personalized nutrition plans that promote the health and well-being of our residents.

About the Role:

As a Dietitian at Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive nutrition care plans for our residents, taking into account their medical conditions, dietary needs, and preferences
• Conducting nutrition assessments, evaluations, and counseling sessions to ensure optimal nutrition outcomes
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination
• Educating residents, families, and staff on nutrition-related topics, including meal planning, food safety, and healthy eating habits
• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and food science to continuously improve our nutrition programs and services

Requirements:

• A degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program
• Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligibility for registration
• Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, food science, and dietary requirements for special populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
