Remote structural design engineer

Industry leader seeks a Structural Design Engineer to participate in structural design. Fully REMOTE position, though you should live in the midwest. You should have a BS Civil Engineering and an SE or PE. This is a financially strong company and a great place to work. responsibilities:

• Generate designs

• Design projects with accuracy and within given timeframes

• Manage projects through effective communication and documentation with leadership, customers, and teammates

• Check and seal the work of teammates; ask for checking and sealing of your work from teammates

• Assist in project meetings, estimating, and R&D as requested

requirements:

• BS Civil or Structural Engineering required

• PE or SE required

• Structural design experience required

• Building design experience desired; similar design experience to be considered

• You must live in the midwest with the ability to travel to company site 1-2 times per year
